This argument can go a lot of different ways and a lot of different things could be said. As many people think that Edward Snowden is considered a hero the same amount of people think he is a traitor. After reading this article it is clear to me that Edward Snowden would be considered a traitor to his work because, even though he was trying to expose what was going on with the government he didn’t stay true to his job title and betrayed his work. As someone that works for the government, they expect everyone to obey by the rules and be loyal to their job title. In a way what Edward did was some what helped because he wanted to let everyone know what was going on with the N.S.A. You could look at this improving the terrorist activity that goes on, because since they are aware that the government is actually watching everyone and what they say, the people that are wanting to start an attack are warned. Now, as I said before I think Edward is a traitor but, I also don’t like the idea of the government being able to read everything I say and know everything I do. It sucks knowing that we are being watched about what we are saying in our private emails, but if someone out there is planning a terrorist attack with someone then I know the government can find that out and shut it down. Even though I agree with the fact that the government has the right to monitor the internet, I don’t think it was right for Edward to expose the N.S.A because he was betraying their trust.
