My name is Dillon Young and I am from the small town of Laurelville, Ohio.  I am now a business management major at Marietta College (class of 2018), as well as a men’s basketball player.  Outside of basketball I also participate in activities like community day, PAC events, intramural sports, and I am looking to start Pioneer Pipeline next semester.  After graduating from Logan Elm High School in 2014, I decided to attend Marietta College because of its outstanding academic reputation and because I was recruited by the basketball program.  Since arriving on campus I have fallen in love with the institution as well as the community and I am looking forward to two more great years!

As I mentioned above, I play basketball at the college.  Basketball is something that I have enjoyed as long as I can remember and it has enabled me to enjoy many special experiences and form several everlasting relationships along the way.  It has taught me many life lessons outside of the game and I will forever cherish the opportunities I have had to play the game I love.

I am a hard working, motivated, and energetic individual.  I truly believe that my attitude and approach, along with my skill sets, will enable me to be an asset to any organization.  Once I have completed my business management degree, I plan to find a job that I enjoy doing until one day I can start a business of my own.

In my ePortfolio, you will find my resume and a list of my courses taken at Marietta College, in addition to some sample works from those classes.  I have also included a page about my interest, a blog, and a page containing my contact information.

Thank you for taking the time to view my ePortfolio!  Please explore the rest of it and if you have any questions contact me at dwy001@marietta.edu .
